Prices
All prices are for domestic shipments, FOB Santa Rosa, CA, USA, in US
Dollars. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes are extra and payable
by the buyer. Orders are priced at USA list plus a flat rate of $10.00
for shipping and handling.

Order Cancellation and Rescheduling
Single order cancellation and shipping date changes must be made 30 days
prior to scheduled shipment of order. All cancellations and reschedules
are subject to final approval by Schurter.
Returns
Please contact the factory prior to returning any product and obtain an
RMA number to assure receipt and proper account credit. Returns without
an RMA number will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Product Warranty
Schurter products carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship. Schurter will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace
any product returned and found to be defective within 1 year of original
shipment.
Limitations of Use
Schurter products are not authorized for use as mission-critical components
in life-support, hazardous environments, nuclear, or aircraft applications,
unless so designated as such
